A watercolor blog. Back runs are the "blossom" or "flower" produced when part of a wash is too wet and the pigment is lifted up and forced to gather at the leading edge of wetness. Some people try to avoid them at all costs. I happen to like 'em.

I know these places, I can tell you that this "artist" is a liar. The man with the yellow shoes crossing the street is from the Bastille, never seen in this street, he made up everything !
Well, anyway, it is beautiful again, specially the one from Juliette's mother's house with the tower.
